Hermione quickly finished her notes before grabbing two mice for her and Harry. "Here you go," she said, handing him his mouse. She wished Ron was here, but he had forgotten to sign-up. Stupid Ron. "Choriot," she pronounced clearly as she waved her wand. The mouse raced around the table, apparently happy. She sat up proudly as she watched Harry wave his wand countless times. "Not like that, Harry." She showed him the correct motion again, making her mouse even more happier.

Harry muttered a small thank you to Hermione before going on. "Choriot," he muttered, waving his wand in a similar way that Mione had showed him. He was starting to get frustuated. Trying once more, he mouse started doing backflips. He stood there amazed. He had done it after who knows how many tries.

Ana rubbed behind the dog's ears, raising a brow. She lifted her wand an dflicked it expertly. "Choriot," She spoke with a good accent. Her dog perked up, and started wagging his tail. "There you go, buddy," She whispered. "You are kind of cute if I get past the whole drooling part.

Emily watched as her owl began to take flight again, circling the air above her. She smirked at the silly owl and peered at the other students and their successes, or in a few cases their failures. She noticed that mostly everyone was succeeding in a few tries, give or take a few. As her owl landed in front of her yet again, she turned grinning at Ana and her dog that she had succeeded in cheering.

"Yes, yes, very good, to all," Tom knew today was going to be eeasy. He thought he should not of started with the Charms he didi in lesson 1. "So, everyone, just a quick notice. This Charm Does NOT exactly make you happy. It gives you a full feed of Powerful Positive Thoughts."
He walked around, and back to his desk. He was writing a lot of things down.

"So, we are almost out of time. Before we go, I have 2 Charms I'm thinking about. I won't say, but I'm just asking everyone, what Charm do you want to learn next?"

Alan chose at that moment to walk into class, he knew the teacher wouldn't be pleased with his tardiness but his mind would nudge it off his subconscious to where he wouldn't care. He took his seat and looked around the class room. With a quick glance at the cheerful and precocious animals he knew they were doing the cheerful charm. He quickly took some notes down before he started to do the charm.
The Cheerful Charm: Incantation: 'Choriot'----------{Chor-e-aut"} Inventor: John Lopaz [1799] Reason: Sisters were dismayed at recent grade on O.W.L.S. so he used the charm to cheer them up and lower their risk of attempted suicide. Pros: Elevation in endorphins which lead to high level of bliss Cons: Works for 12 hours, not truly happy just happy thinking
Alan smiled at his notes and walked over to the table to grab his animal, he chose the dog that seemed to be in the least elevated mood and he took it to his table. With a quick and simple flick of his wrist he muttered, "Choriot". The animal was put into a happy and irrational mood as it flipped over so Alan could rub its belly. Alan started to pet the animal with simple gestures of his hand.
He looked over to his paper, that his stupid Muggle Studies teacher had assigned him over the bell jar.
Symbolism plays a main key in the ‘Bell Jar’s door.” A bell jar is a jar that scientist would usually keep a specimen inside so they could observe or take notes over. In Esther’s case, the bell jar symbolizes her life, which she feels is always on display. When she goes insane, she feels as if she is inside an airless jar that distorts her perspective on the world and prevents her from connecting with the people around her. In the end of the novel, she feels as if her jar has finally been lifted and can now join the “observing” society. The Fig Tree is also a big symbol in the Bell Jar. In the book, Esther read a story about a Jewish man and a nun who meet under a fig tree. In the story the man and the nun know that their relationship will never work out just like how she and Buddy will never truly be together. But the main thing that Esther pulls from this story is the fig tree. Esther sees the tree as her life, and its many fruits as the numerous men that have entered and exited from her life. But due to her inability to decide which fig to bite into, the figs rot and fall to the ground.
Another symbol within the Bell Jar is the beating heart. No matter how many times she attempted suicide her body would always try to fight against her. When she tried to drown herself at the ocean her body continued to say, “I am I am I am.”, which was its need and want for survival. Esther would always tell herself that she knows she has the ability to kill herself but she must outwit her body into letting her do so. But she also tended to use the, “I am” phrase in her times of needed support. When she was at Joan’s funeral she needed emotional support, so she quietly repeated to herself, “ I am I am I am.”
Alan smiled as the dog started to bite into it.

"Yes, yes, well done!"
Tom looked around. "Well, people, homework, for last lesson is due onsunday along with this lesson for the people who signed up before this lesson. If you signed up during or after, it's next Saturday. This weekend, or should I say, now, I have to go. I will leave the classroom door open, if you just joined us. Otherwise, you are all excused," and witihin that moment, Thomas ran through the classroom, and what looked like he switched forms to an Owl, and sore out of the class, circle, turn back into the classroom, and went through the open window, missed, crashed, and tried again. This time, sucess.
(RP leaving the classroom.)

Adele got up gathering her books into her arms. One slipped out of her reach and landed on her toes "Ouch!" she exclaimed in annoyance glaring down at the book. She grabbed it and dropped in carelessly ontop of the pile of her other books. She gathered her blonde hair that was in her face and tossed it over her shoulder. Then unlike her late arrival she left before the other students. Ironic don't you think?
